I will be careful to recite my morning and evening prayers. Even if I have no time to recite longer prayers, or even to kneel down, I will be sure to raise my mind and heart to God, by reciting some short prayer known by heart. I will never go to rest at night without thinking of God and offering myself to him. I will review the day's faults and resolve to do better.
Sunday and Holidays of Obligation. I will make it a point to attend Holy Mass. I will try On to go to Mass everyday .
I will go to Confession frequently. I will receive Holy Communion as often as possible, daily if I can. I will make it a point to receive Holy Communion at every Mass.
I will not associate with evil persons. I will avoid listening to or telling bad stories; looking at indecent pictures; reading improper magazines or books. I will control every immodest desire.
I will respect the name of God .
I will beware of the idle hour; I will use it well.
Now and again during the day I will raise my thoughts to God.
When I have committed a sin, I will ask God's pardon; resolve never to sin again. will go to Confession.
